MINERVA, Veridion's flagship intelligence platform, fuses data from open reporting, conflict-event archives, cybersecurity threat feeds, and humanitarian-response sources into a unified, continuously updated global risk picture. Machine learning models — trained on a large proprietary archive of historical conflict and terrorism events — generate calibrated, probabilistic forecasts rather than simple alerts, so analysts see not just what might happen but how confident the system is and why.

Veridion's software division also builds for the small and solo law firms that make up the majority of the legal profession but are consistently underserved by legacy practice-management software.

LexIntake, Veridion's client-intake and matter-management platform, applies the same principles that govern our defense work — grounded AI, auditability, and a refusal to let a model fabricate what it doesn't know — to the legal intake lifecycle: AI-triaged intake, automated conflict-of-interest checks, matter creation, deadline and statute-of-limitations tracking, and a secure client portal, with an AI layer that drafts correspondence and flags risk as advisory work product for a licensed attorney to review — never as a substitute for one.

The through-line from our government work to our legal work is not coincidental. Both domains demand systems that:
