The Veridion Group, LLC ("Veridion") provides technology and professional services, including the LexIntake client-intake platform used by professional service providers and their clients.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Veridion (including through its LexIntake platform) sends transactional SMS/text messages to individuals who provide their mobile number and consent. Messages may include secure client-portal access links, appointment reminders, document notifications, and case or service status updates.

- Consent: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

- Message frequency varies based on your activity and matter.

- Message and data rates may apply.

- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at veridion-group.com/privacy, which includes our commitment that mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or interfere with them.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or the messaging program.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
