The Veridion Group, LLC ("Veridion," "we," "us," or "our") provides technology and professional services, including the LexIntake client-intake platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including in connection with our SMS/text-messaging program.

SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information
With your consent, we send SMS/text messages relating to services you — or a business you contacted through Veridion or LexIntake — use. For example: a secure link to a client portal, appointment reminders, document notifications, and case or service status updates. These are transactional messages relating to your own matter or request.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent — will be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, solely to deliver them to you.

We share information only with trusted service providers (such as hosting, payment processing, and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to operate our services; to comply with law or valid legal process; or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
